2. 업데이트를 했는데도 다시 업데이트하라고 합니다.
새버전 설치 시 이전 버전이 남아있는 경우들이 발생합니다. (새버전과 이전버전이 모두 존재)
이 경우 잘못하면 기존 버전을 계속 실행하는 경우가 발생하게 되는데, 수작업으로 기존 버전을 삭제하셔야 합니다.

4. '비디오 정보를 분석 중입니다.'에서 멈춰버립니다.
1) 1번 문제와 같이 YouTube의 캐쉬 문제 때문에 발생합니다. 비디오 정보 분석이 오래 걸리는 경우 기기의 이전 버튼을 누르십시오. 그러면 캐쉬를 삭제하라는 안내를 받으실 수 있습니다. 삭제 후에는 정상적으로 작동합니다.
2) 일부 동영상은 실제로 볼 수 없는 경우도 있습니다만, 일반적인 경우는 아닙니다.

5. 다운로드 중에 자꾸 끊깁니다.
여러가지 원인으로 발생할 수 있습니다.
1) 불안정안 네트워크
무선데이터통신은 안정성이 많이 떨어집니다. 20번 자동 재시도 기능을 넣었습니다만, 그래도 끊기네요. WiFi에서도 테스트해보시거나, 설정에서 "Fast Download Mode"를 비활성화 해보십시오.
2) TubeMate의 강제 종료
안드로이드는 메모리가 부족한 경우 백그라운드 어플리케이션을 강제 종료시킵니다.
다운로드를 하는 동안 다른 앱을 실행하지 말아주십시오.
3) 메모리 부족
메모리 부족이 다운로드 중단의 원인이 될 수 있습니다. 또한 빠른 다운로드 모드는 다운로드 후 파일 병합을 위해 더 많은 메모리를 사용합니다.

6. 다운로드 속도가 너무 느립니다.
다운로드 속도는 기본적으로 네트워크 상태의 영향을 받습니다. 튜브메이트는 단지 네트워크를 최대한 사용하기 위해 여러개의 연결을 통해 다운로드를 받습니다. WiFi에서의 경우 이론적으로 PC보다 4~6배 빠르게 다운로드를 받습니다.
만일 속도가 너무 느리다면 설정에서 '빠른 다운로드 모드'를 해제해보세요.
느린 네트워크 상황에서는 '빠른 다운로드 모드'가 오히려 속도를 저하시킬 수도 있습니다.

7. SD카드에 비디오 저장하려면?
일반적으로 비디오 파일은 SD카드로 저장됩니다. 하지만 삼성 Galaxy 시리즈 같은 단말들에서는 다운로드 폴더를 '/mnt/sdcard/external_sd'나 '/mnt/sdcard/sd' 또는 SD카드를 나타내는 폴더로 변경해야 합니다.

8. MP3 재생 시 플레이어가 강제 종료됩니다.
경고 드린대로 MP3로 저장이나 MP3로 다운로드는 진짜 MP3가 아닌 관계로 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.
새버전(1.4 이상)에서는 실제 MP3로 변환(Convert to MP3) 기능을 제공하고 있습니다.
동영상 다운로드 후 다운로드 목록에서 동영상 클릭하면 해당 메뉴를 확인할 수 있습니다.

9. 다운받은 동영상 재생이 안됩니다.
1) 가장 낮은 해상도(320x240)을 시도해 보세요. 일부 단말은 HD나 630x360 화질 재생이 안될 수 있습니다.
2) 단말을 리부팅해보세요. 종종 단말의 동영상 재생기에 문제가 발생하는 경우 리부팅이 필요할 수 있습니다.
3) "MX 플레이어" 같은 동영상 플레이어를 설치해보세요. MX 플레이어는 소프트웨어 디코딩을 지원하며 이를 통해 동영상 재생의 많은 문제가 해결됩니다.
4) 만일 재생 중 오류가 발생한다면 파일 다운로드 및 병합이 완료되기 전에 재생을 실행하였거나 다운로드 과정에서 오류 데이터 발생으로 인한 현상입니다. 다운로드 및 병합이 완료될 때까지 기다리거나 해당 파일을 삭제 후 다시 다운로드 받으십시오.

2. Why does update dialog show up even though I updated it?
There might be two TubeMate - old one and new one.
You might run old one by mistake.
Please check application list and uninstall old one.

3. How can I install a new version after download it from website(http://tubemate.net).

4. It tooks too much time and fails to 'fetch video information'?
1) If you are using the lower version than 1.05.24, You should upgrade it at http://tubemate.net
2) Generally it is caused from the bug of youtube local caching. If it tooks too much time, please push previous button on your device while fetching video information. Then It notifies you to clear local cache. Click 'OK', then it will works again.
3) Some videos can not be allowed you to watch it. But it is not the general reason.

5. Are you disconnected while downloading? 
It is caused from various reasons.
1) The poor connectivity between youtube and android device.(Transportendpoint is not connected, Socket is not connected, Connection timedout, ...) 
It is a known issue of android platform from which every application suffers. 
So, I added 20-times auto-retry function, which means that if you show that error message, it means it disconnected 21 times.
If you suffer from it too frequently, I recommend you turn off "fast download mode" in the preferences. I'm trying to improve it. please keep tuned.

2) Killed by Android. (The job is no longer available)
Android kills background applications automatically when it requires more memory.
So please try not to launch other applications while downloading.

3) Not enough space
When you don't have enough space, downloading is stopped.
fast downloading requires more memory to merge fragment files.
So you can try turn off 'fast download mode' in the preferences.

6. Downloading speed is too slow?
Basically download speed depends on the situation of the network. TubeMate just maximizes network utilization with multiple connections. on WiFi, TubeMate maximum 4x faster than PC.
1) You can also adjust the options for the fast download at 'Preferences > Fast Download Tweaks' 
2) If you are in the poor network situation, you can try to turn off fast download mode.

7. How can I save videos to my SD card?
Generally video files are saved in the SD card. but some devices like Samsung galaxy series need to change download folder to '/mnt/sdcard/external_sd' or '/mnt/sdcard/sd' or somewhere indicating SD card.

8. Do you get force-close when you play mp3 or can't use mp3 as a ringtone?
As TubeMate informs you, it is not a real mp3. so It can not be used as ringtone and might not work in some devices.
So I added the function to convert downloaded videos to REAL mp3s in the version of 1.04.
You can get the menu in the download list.

9. Can't you play downloaded video?
TubeMate just download standard video file from youtube. But some devices can't support playing high resolutions and FLV.
1) Please try the lowest resolution (320x240). Some devices doesn't support playing HD or 630x360.
2) Please reboot your device. some problems of playing videos require rebooting.
3) You can also try 3rd party video players like 'Soul Movies', 'Mobo Player', 'MX Player' 
  * MX Player supports Software decoding(S/W). and it will fix many problems in playing.
4) If error shows up while playing video, It might be caused from uncompleted downloading and merging files or from broken data in downloading. please wait until downloading and merging files are completed or delete and re-download the video.

10. Why I can't get HD and Full-HD videos in the resolution list?
Resolutions of a video are depends on the quality of uploaded video in youtube.
If you want to check HD or Full-HD videos, please try to search with the keyword of 'HD'.
 
11. I can't find videos which is shown in the PC
Youtube restricts some videos in the mobile youtube (http://m.youtube.com).
So, TubeMate provides 'Desktop Mode' which you can choose by pushing 'menu' button on your device.

But, 'Desktop mode' can make your device extremely slow.

12. Can I get 480x320 video?
Sorry. YouTube changed default resolution from 480x320 to 640x360.
